Tonight’s EastEnders spoilers for 26 July see Stacey Slater fear for her safety as she finally discovers her Secret Cam client is someone she knows.
Stacey has been using her camera side hustle to keep a roof over her family’s head. But what she doesn’t know is that one of her subscribers is her daughter’s teacher, Theo Hawthorne.
Theo has grown an unhealthy attachment to Stacey and thought he might have a chance to start a romance with her after being her plus one to Kathy Beale and Rocky Cotton’s wedding. But Stacey ended up choosing her ex-husband, Martin Fowler instead.
In a recent episode, Theo even got himself into the Slaters house and rifled through Stacey’s bedroom. He went through her belongings and smelled her perfume.
Martin and Stacey recently decided to give their relationship another shot. However Martin has grown more and more uneasy with Stacey’s Secret Cam work.
To put Martin’s mind at rest, Stacey decides to tell him exactly what happens during her Secret Cam dates. As she opens up to Martin, Theo overhears them theorising that as a subscriber, he’s nothing more than a sad, old man.
Later on in the episodes, Stacey gets a shocking sexual request from her private client and confides in Eve Unwin. Before Stacey gets a chance to turn her subscriber down, Martin discovers the messages on her laptop and lashes out.
The situation gets worse from Stacey when she gets a message from her client that makes it clear he knows details about her private life. Eve suddenly has the realisation that he must be someone she knows.
Also in Wednesday’s episode, Kim Fox falls out with Howie Danes over plans to open up about her mental health online. Kim wrongly assumes Howie doesn’t like the new and more vulnerable version of her.
Howie is actually just worried about how nasty people can be online and fears that Kim will suffer even behind the ‘Kimfluencer’.
Freddie Slater offers support to downtrodden Alfie Moon by telling him to think more positively to turn his fortune around.
Desperate to get a job, Alfie’s tired of repeatedly being turned down by employers in Walford. But suddenly Alfie gets an offer and is thrilled to get a call from the bookies as their first choice candidate failed to show up.
Will Alfie impress on his first day on the job? Or will he end up back on the job hunt again?
