Strictly Come Dancing’s Tony Adams sent his loyal legion of fans wild after he showcased his elegantly long legs and impressive abs as he rocked miniscule black shorts in the BBC dance studios.

On Tuesday (November 8), his dance partner Katya Jones shared a cheeky clip of the Arsenal player stretching out on the yoga mat.

This week, the dancing duo have been training for their upcoming Jive routine to the song of a Land of 1000 Dances by Wilson Pickett.

In the hilarious clip, the football star could be seen stretching his legs out in his minuscule black gym shorts which he paired with a blue T-shirt that rolled up and exposed his toned stomach.

He finished the look with a pair of white trainers as he prepared for another run through of the fast-paced routine in an attempt to wow the judges with his new moves.

She captioned the cheeky clip: “Jive done horizontally” as they sportsman took a break from practicing the energetic routine for five minutes.

It comes after the dad-of-one found himself at the bottom the leaderboard with the Russian dancer once again after they struggled to impress the star-studded judging panel with their hilarious Salsa.

And it appeared as though the stress of the competition took its toll of the pair after they were spotted arguing on dancefloor as Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman big farewell to viewers at the end of the show.

While the pair appeared to be in high spirits when getting their critiques from the judges, eagle-eyed viewers spotted the pair in deep conversation at the back of the dancefloor.

Tony was seen gesturing with his hands and Katya was facing away from the camera as they had their talk – which some fans think looked a bit heated.

Fans soon took to Twitter to share their concerns for the fan-favourite couple to see if others had spotted any tension on the show.

One user penned: “Was it just me or did anyone else see Katya and Tony having words at the end of the show.”

Another agreed: “Tony and Katya looked like they were arguing at the end” as a third penned: “Katya and Tony look so angry I'm howling.”
