Stunned fans say Adele and actress Sarah Paulson look like ‘the same person’ following singer’s impressive weight loss – The Sun

ADELE has been compared to Golden Globe winner Sarah Paulson after her 100-pound weight loss.

Stunned fans pointed out the resemblance online, with one Twitter user describing the singer and actress as “the same person."

Sharing a picture of Adele, 32, alongside Sarah, 42, they wrote: “I’m not saying Adele and Sarah Paulson are the same person but.”

Another wrote: “Wow it took me a minute realizing this was Adele and not Sarah Paulson… anyway both gorgeous women."

A third commented: “Omg they do really look like each other!!!”

Adele showed off her weight loss in a rare Instagram photo to celebrate her 32nd birthday earlier this week.

In the picture, the star is showing off her enviable legs as she poses in a tiny black mini-dress with a high neck and statement sleeves.

She looks almost unrecognizable as she beams at the camera, with her eyes wandering to somebody off-camera.

Adele shocked fans when she debuted her trim new look last year, after sticking to The Sirtfood Diet, which encourages people to eat plant foods such as kale and buckwheat.

Beverages such as coffee, matcha green tea, and red wine are allowed to be consumed, as well as 85% dark chocolate.

The diet focuses on foods that are high in sirtuins, which can be found in different foods such as apples and blueberries.

Aidan Goggins, author of The Sirtfood Diet, tells Sun Online that the star has "publicly shunned conventional dieting and extreme exercise in the past," instead losing weight by eating "favorite, everyday, accessible foods."

She is also said to have taken up reformer pilates with pal Ayda Field, with The Sun Online revealing last October that Adele had been doing high-intensity workouts at home – including Joe Wicks videos.

Adele has overhauled her look since splitting from husband of eight years Simon Konecki in April 2019 — whom she shares seven-year-old son Angelo with.
