TEEN Mom fans claimed to have been in shock over Farrah Abraham's dramatic transformation over the years after a throwback photo resurfaced.

Teen Mom fans have noticed in an online thread how Farrah, now 31, has changed since her total body makeover. 

The Teen Mom OG alum underwent a breast augmentation in 2010 before undergoing a rhinoplasty and chin implant in 2012. 

In her book, Dream Twenties: Self Guided Self Help Memoir, the former MTV star admitted to getting Botox and fillers on her face but regretted getting a chin implant. 

At the age of 22, she underwent a 40-minute procedure under local anesthesia to remove the chine implant. 

She wrote: "Yes, it’s true, I got plastic surgery and with that responsibility and freedom, there is a lot I learned.

In 2013, Farrah had a second breast augmentation to increase her cup size from C to D. 

That same year, the reality star also received lip injections. 

In 2015, she had a third boob job to correct a previous botched procedure. 

Farrah is the mother of her 13-year-old daughter, Sophia, who recently got her septum pierced to celebrate her birthday.

One fan noted: "She used to look like Sofia. I wonder what that will make Sofia feel like."

Another fan mentioned: "The crazy thing is she was literally cute before."

This is not the only blast from the past of Farrah's that has resurfaced recently.

Farrah took to her Instagram Stories and shared a sweet photo from her Teen Mom years.

In the adorable snap, the TV personality was holding her daughter, Sophia, who was an infant at the time, while they were standing at a podium.

The toddler wore a cute pink outfit and wavy brunette locks.

Sophia playfully placed her hand on the mic while her mother spoke.
