“The chemistry. Yeah, that. I know their relationship means a lot to people who love the books.
“It’s also just so complex, and, in every stage, there’s something else to be found. I mean, they’re 100-odd years old, and they’re still going [laughs].
“They still love each other. There’s something there,” she told Digital Spy.
Anya has faith in her new co-star saying: “He’s going to be brilliant. I really think so.
“I mean, we’ve spent five years going on this journey together, and…bringing in new people to this journey we’re on is so exciting at this stage,” she enthused.

Anya recently revealed to Variety that she didn’t know of Henry’s plans to depart the show until after they had finished filming the current season.
“We didn’t know until after we’d filmed season three. It’s always emotional filming at the end of any season — you know, that last scene you do with the people that you’ve worked with for eight months.
“It’s always like, “Aw,” but you live in that moment. And we didn’t know till post filming.”
She continued: “I think we will all feel that loss. He’s been with us since day one. We’ve been through a lot together.”
Seasons 1, 2 and 3, of the Witcher are now streaming on Netflix. Spin-off The Witcher: Blood Origin is also available to stream on Netflix.
