I’m A Celeb: Josie Gibson arrives in Australia
This Morning’s Josie Gibson was nearly brought to tears when she revealed saying goodbye to her son was “emotional” as she landed in Australia.
Walking through the airport, Josie was asked what she thought about being surrounded by snakes and spiders.
Not confirming her involvement on the ITV reality show, she quipped: “Well, I am here for a weight loss retreat, so I don’t know what you are talking about.”
Trying to get more answers out of her, someone probed on whether the diet would consist of rice and beans.
She laughed and added: “On the weight loss retreat? Well if that’s the programme then that is the programme.”

When asked what she would miss the most whilst away, the TV star admitted: “My little boy, he’s only five.
“It was emotional [saying goodbye], I can’t talk about it because I will get emotional now.”
Josie also touched on saying goodbye to her co-worker Craig Doyle and expressed: “Ahh he’s so lush, I love Craig, he’s so nice.
“He’s on with Cat Deeley on Wednesday and then Rylan too. So, make sure you don’t miss it.”

Josie won Big Brother back in 2010 and is now a staple of daytime TV after joining This Morning, which means she could be set for a chance to be crowned Queen of the Jungle.

Some of the stars have already landed in Australia, with the other celebrities set to land in the next couple of days before the series begins on Sunday, November 19.
Nigel Farage landed on Sunday and told press: “I’m just here surfing for the week. I can’t confirm I am doing it [I’m A Celebrity] but I might be.”
“I just think there is a big young audience out there that watches the programme which is worth talking to.
“I have been messing about on TikTok for the last few months and you would be surprised, a lot of young people out there are interested in what I have got to say.”
Nella Rose also landed in the country but did not speak to reporters and kept quiet as to why she was in Australia.
