VERNON Kay shocked his followers today when he revealed an enormous tattoo of a man's face on his back.
The This Morning host – who is a huge American football fan – had former NFL star Eli Manning inked on him after losing a bet.
The move shocked Vernon's followers and former co-stars, with June Sarpong asking: "WTF? Is that real?"
Dancing on Ice's Radzi Chinyanganya added: "That is eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepic!!!"
Vernon, 48, explained that he had the staggering large tattoo as a punishment for losing a 2012 wager over who would win an American football game.
He backed the New England Patriots to win the Super Bowl – the biggest match of the season – only for the New York Giants to triumph instead.

Vernon told the ex-player: "In 2012, someone was in the Super Bowl. You were playing the quarterback who is the godfather of my children, Tom Brady.
"Big fan of Tom Brady. I said the Patriots would win and my best friend said that you guys would win. Obviously you guys won."
Eli, 41, asked: "How did that work out for you?"
