This Netflix Documentary About the Wellness Industry Looks So Interesting

There are several interesting movies and TV shows premiering this week, from a fascinating Netflix documentary about the wellness industry to Five Bedrooms, a new TV show from Peacock that's Friends meets HGTV. Below are the things you should particularly earmark for the days ahead. 

Surviving Jeffrey Epstein: “On the anniversary of disgraced financier and alleged sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein’s death, Lifetime will debut the revealing investigative documentary, Surviving Jeffrey Epstein, as a two-night, four-hour event telling the stories of eight survivors with insights from those close to him," reads a press release from Lifetime. 8 p.m. ET on Lifetime (night two will be August 10 at 9 p.m. ET)

Game On: A Comedy Crossover Event: Eva Longoria, Tia Mowry-Hardrict, and Anthony Alabi are among the celebrities featured in this world-colliding, four-episode tentpole.  Streaming on Netflix 

Hard Knocks: Los Angeles: “Hard Knocks: Los Angeles gives an unfiltered all-access look at what it takes to make it in the National Football League,” reads a description from HBO. “The 18-time Sports Emmy Award winning series will follow head coaches Anthony Lynn of the Los Angeles Chargers and Sean McVay of the Los Angeles Rams leading a mix of established veterans, free-agent acquisitions and rising stars on both sides of the ball.” 10 p.m. ET on HBO

(Un)well: A new documentary exploring the popular (and polarizing) wellness phenomenon. Streaming on Netflix 

Five Bedrooms: This eight-episode series focuses on five single people who meet at a wedding (at the singles table, of course) and decide to go in and buy a house together. Streaming on Peacock 

The Silencing: Here is the synopsis of this movie, per a press email: “Reformed hunter (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) and a sheriff (Annabelle Wallis) are caught in a deadly game of cat and mouse when they set out to track a killer who may have kidnapped the hunter’s daughter five years ago.” VOD and Digital

Endless: Here is the synopsis of this movie, per a press email: “Endless follows love struck high school graduates Riley (Alexandra Shipp) and Chris (Nicholas Hamilton).  When they are separated by a tragic car accident, Riley blames herself for her boyfriend’s death while Chris is stranded in limbo.
