TOWIE star Jordan Brook caught the eye of fans as he revealed his incredible body transformation on Instagram.
Jordan – who The Sun revealed is dating Geordie Shore star Sophie Kasaei – told his followers he had "come a long way".
He posted two topless photos apparently taken months apart, with Jordan sporting longer hair and extra weight around his torso in the first.
In the second snap the reality TV star flaunted a six pack and ripped shoulders.
He said: "2023 we movin."
Jordan has also transformed his love life and is dating a fellow reality TV star.
He recently returned to Towie with a bang and had brief romance Ella Rae Wise and Chloe Brockett but has now found love with Sophie Kasaei.
Sophie previously admitted she was looking forward to settling down.
"I’m at the age now I want a baby and I’d love a family," she explained.
"Like nothing more than I want right now is to have a family. So this is like why I have a journal. I put all my plans in it. If you look through it you’ve got a five-year plan, what you want, how you're going to achieve it.

"A relationship is quite a big thing and when I do meet someone I know what I want that person to be and look like to a tee.
"From what car he drives to what his eye colour is. When I meet that person I don't think I want to let him into my life too soon. I’m going to do it differently this time."
An insider told The Sun: “Sophie won’t just date anyone but she really hit it off with Jordan.
“They are trying to keep things underwraps, which show how much they want it to work.”
Sophie had been single following her split from Lee Gray in 2021.
During her early years on Geordie Shore Sophie was in a relationship DJ Joel Corry.
