FEUDS can often lead to deadly chaos in the ITV Dales and Cain Dingle's conflict with Al Chapman could prove it again.
As Emmerdale recovers from destruction and tragedy, both men fail to keep calm and fight it all out as teased by a new trailer.
Years have gone by since Cain (portrayed by Jeff Hordley) first met Al Chapman (Michael Wildman) and there's clearly no love lost between them.
In recent months, both men have butted heads on a regular basis and even involved their children in their feud, making it personal.
Al has since been too distracted by his affair with Chas Dingle to pay his arch nemesis any attention, just as Cain took time off from the conflict to stay by his dying mother Faith's side.
But while the village tough man has managed to put his differences with the veteran aside, giving her an emotional goodbye, there's no way he could ever make up with the businessman.
