Kim Kardashian officially filed for divorce from Kanye West on February 19, 2021.

In the divorce documents, Kim is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's four kids, TMZ reported.

On October 9, 2021, Kim hosted Saturday Night Live and in her monologue, shared a glimpse as to why she decided to divorce Kanye.

The star said: "So when I divorced him, you have to know it came down to one thing – his personality."

Kim also asked that her maiden name, Kardashian, be restored; dropping "West" from her title.
