What age is Nabhaan Rizwan and who is his brother Mawaan?

As this is Nabhaan's TV debut, not much is known about his personal life though his previous credits include Little Revolution for the Almeida Theatre and The Undergrowth for the Royal Court's The Boys Project.

Nabhaan is on Instagram with the handle @elhuxley and describes himself as a poet, thespian and Martian in his bio section.

His brother Mawaan is an actor, writer and comedian who starre in BBC3 drama Murdered By My Father.

However, he shot to fame with the success of his YouTube channel, which has attracted over 20 million views, and it also incidentally spawned the Bollywood career of their mother.

Shahnaz Rizwan is now one of the most recognised faces in Asia after starring in a TV series called Yeh Hai Mohabbatein (This Is Love), one of India’s top five TV shows.

Who does Nabhaan play in Informer?

Nabhaan plays second-generation Pakistani East Londoner Raza, who is coerced by a Counter-Terrorism officer called Gabe to go undercover and inform for him.

Informant will serve as Nabhaan's television debut alongside other members of the cast which Paddy Considine, Jessica Raine and Bel Powley.

Nabhaan said: "It was like being thrown into the deep end. I still remember the first day of filming where we were on the street in Brick Lane.

"I've been involved in the project since last summer when I first auditioned and I have learnt so much since then."

When does Informer start on BBC One?

Informer launched on Tuesday 16th October and continues TONIGHT at 9pm on BBC One.

The six-part BBC One drama series was filmed on location in London.

After it's shown on the BBC it will be available to watch via the iPlayer or in the US via Amazon Prime.
