Winter Love Island rumoured cast – Charles Drury, Kenna Ngoma and Paige Turley

Winter Love Island is just days away from its first ever launch, with a hot new batch of sexy singletons ready to strut their stuff in the revamped South African villa.

From Katie Price's toyboy ex-boyfriend to a fired Apprentice star, TV bosses have an enviable black book of contacts to fill the villa with entertaining personalities and fit bods.

Rumours have been rife about which models and stars with reality star pals or pasts will be jetting off to Cape Town for the once-in-a-lifetime winter adventure.

The Apprentice's Kenna Ngoma and Charles Drury lead the potential fresh blood set for the steamy scenes.

Let's take a look at the rumoured cast for Winter Love Island 2020…

Paige Turley

Britain's Got Talent star Paige, 22, is the blonde bombshell ex of Lewis Capaldi, who has cited their relationship split as the inspiration behind his hit record.

She's said to have signed up to the first series of Love Island 2020 in a bid to find love.

"Paige is looking for love, and so when the team from Love Island approached her, she decided to take up the opportunity," a source told the Sun .

“Thanks to Lewis’s music, her relationship past has won her an awful lot of attention. So now she wants her relationship present to be in the spotlight."

They added: "She is very excited about Love Island and is hoping she'll find her perfect man."

Kenna Ngoma

Fired Apprentice star Kenna expressed an interest on starring on Love Island.

However, the reality star made it clear his intentions wouldn't be looking for love as he confessed he would be looking to build his profile.

He told The Mirror: "Definitely [I want to do more TV work], because it's a way to keep my business in the public eye to do more TV work.

"Yeah [being on Love Island] that's on my to do list! Not to find love, obviously."

Kenna has a loyal following of 3,310 Instagram fans after his appearance on The Apprentice in 2019.

Charles Drury

Model and builder Charles Drury set his sights firmly on the reality world after grabbing headlines with his brief romance with Katie Price .

Rumours he could make an appearance on the upcoming series took the showbiz world by storm in October.

Having already dated one of the biggest reality stars in the UK as well as having a string of telly star pals, Charles would be a natural choice for the show.

Insiders claimed he had been approached for the show in 2018 but he had a girlfriend, so it wasn't an opportunity he could seize.

A source told The Sun Online : "Nothing's signed yet and he's not even sure if he wants to do it but they're keen to meet him. Katie will be furious when she finds out – he'd have girls falling over him and he's bound to talk about what dating Katie was like if he makes it into the villa."

However, the builder appeared to be coy over claims he was starring on the show.

Charles wrote "fake news" with a love heart and a palm tree emoji.

Jay Munro

It's claimed Instagram hunk and TV star Jay Munro has already signed himself up for some winter loving.

Jay is a good choice for the cameras as he has a foot on the showbiz ladder after landing a job on The Voice in Australia earlier last year.

ITV bosses believe Jay will prove popular in the villa because he's good looking, in good shape and sporty.

“Jay will be the one all the girls will be chasing. Just like Tommy Fury, he’s a sportsman, in good shape and has dreamy looks," a source told the Daily Star .

The footballer was said to be in the line-up for the 2019 summer series of the show, which would have seen him star alongside boxer Tommy.

But bosses decided to save him for the upcoming winter series instead.

This isn't unusual for the Love Island bosses; producers had hoped to line up Amber Gill for the 2018 series but she didn't star on the show until 2019.

Jay is a natural choice for the villa because he already has 50.8K followers to his name on Instagram .

The TV sensation boasts of a string of reality star followers including personalities of Love Island fame.

Chloe Ferry, Dom Lever, Callum Izzard and George Rain all follow his high-profile Instagram account.

Jay had started out as a footballer and he has played for Falkirk youth team, Partick Thistle and Queen of the South.

However, the hunk hung up his football boots to carve out a career in modelling.

The Instagram star has littered his social media profile with pictures of his tattoos, poser selfies and shirtless holiday snaps.

Ellis Iyayi

Ellis would be a good fit for Love Island as a fitness instructor and a model.

The dashing hunk is said to have caught the eye of Love Island bosses and has been called in for talks on a number of occasions.

Being a model and fitness instructor, it's no wonder he already has a huge social presence with 41.2K followers on Instagram.

A source shared with The Sun: "Ellis is over the moon about it – he’s had to be sworn to secrecy about it but he’s been in to meet producers a few times and they love him – he can’t wait to get in the villa.

"Ellis is exactly what the show is looking for and he ticks all the boxes – he will make great television."

Emily Clarkson

TV bosses had hoped to land Jeremy Clarkson's daughter Emily on the show following the success of Danny Dyer and Tamer Hassan's daughters, Dani Dyer and Belle Hassan.

However, Emily confessed she had to turn down the opportunity to appear on winter Love Island because she claimed she would be the only one with "tummy rolls".

The beauty also revealed she was in a "very long term relationship" and "too sensitive" to be trolled by fans.

She said: "Not just because of my very long term relationship, or because I’m too sensitive to face the judgement of the nation, or that I’d be the only one to have tummy rolls.

"Not even because I’d die at the thought of my parents watching me having sex. I turned it down because I know that all that glitters is most certainly not gold."

An ITV spokeswoman told Mirror Online: "We're not commenting on speculation and our official line up will be announced in due course."
