Yellowstone returns this weekend and it will see John (played by Kevin Costner) and Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes) spend some quality family time together. As their branding trip continues, Beth (Kelly Reilly) and Rip (Cole Hauser) as seen as loved-up as ever. Express.co.uk has all you need to know about who is in the upcoming episode.

Who is in Yellowstone season 5 episode 6?

Summer Higgins – Piper Perabo

At the ranch, Summer takes on Beth’s advice after their huge bust-up in episode five.

She tours the land including the Dutton cemetery and is heard saying: “This family’s been here that long…”

Summer is played by Piper Perabo, a 46-year-old actress known for playing Violet in Coyote Ugly.

Like her character in the series, she is a political activist off-screen.

Clara Brewer – Lilli Kay

In the new episode, Clara is seen on horseback for the first time as she investigates some trouble.

She and John are finally starting to connect on a more personal level.

Clara is played by Lilli Kay, who is known for her roles in Your Honor and Madam Secretary.

Teasing Clara’s relationship with John, she told Hello!: “I think [Clara’s goals] change because I think initially she’s being a dutiful assistant and trying to function in her role within the government.

“But I think that her allegiance sort of shifts to being loyal to this family, and to John.

“Learning how to fight the way the Duttons fight. That’s a different, a huge, shift.”

Monica Dutton – Kelsey Asbille

In the teaser, Monica is seen educating Summer about the Dutton legacy.

She says: “When I say we give everything to this land…I do mean everything.”

It appears Monica has become the perfect person to teach Summer about the Dutton way of life.

She is played by Kelsey Asbille, a 31-year-old American actress known for Pair of Kings, Teen Wolf and One Tree Hill.

Carter – Finn Little

Carter was seen filling Summer in about some of the work on the ranch but fans think they may have spotted him in a harrowing clip.

John is seen cradling a young boy’s head as he asks Beth: “What happened?”

Could Carter have been in an accident? Or has he come across something disturbing?

He is played by Finn Little, a 16-year-old Australian actor known for Storm Boy and Those Who Wish Me Dead.

As for what else can be expected in the upcoming episode, an EMT helicopter is seen flying in.

With an emergency medical technician on the way, someone could have been seriously hurt on the branding trip.

The helicopter could be connected to the scene with a boy crying in John’s arms.

Will the family bonding session end in disaster?
