CCTV shows two men entering Fragrance House in Malvern, Worcs at around 3pm on Tuesday and pretending to start browsing the shelves – before beginning to pile expensive products into bags.
Domonique Woodward, 31, who runs the perfume store with her parents spotted what was happening and bravely blocked the door with her body to prevent them getting away.

Domonique Woodward posted about the incident on her Facebook and said ‘we need to identify these people’
Domonique, who has worked at the shop for 14 years, said: ‘They came in looking like normal customers, I greeted them like I would any customer.
‘We’ve had pickpockets before but I wasn’t expecting to be attacked.
‘It was 100 per cent adrenaline which made me fight back – it was a fight or flight instinct and I chose to fight.
‘I still don’t know if I am impressed with myself or just stupid.
‘After the first guy punched me, I don’t think they were expecting me to carry on trying to stop them.
‘But I couldn’t just let them go.’
After the thieves ran off, Domonique was checked over by her husband Nicholas, who is a nurse.
Domonique added: ‘It shouldn’t be that you have to make it as hard as possible for people to get into your shop to deter the few who are causing havoc.’
