A BOY of 15 is fighting for his life after being stabbed outside a school before terrified parents rushed to collect their children.
Emergency services were called to the school in Huddersfield, Yorkshire, this afternoon after reports of a stabbing.
Cops rushed to North Huddersfield Trust School shortly before 3pm and set up a police cordon around the area.
And officers confirmed that the teen was stabbed before later being hospitalised in "critical condition".
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "At 2.54pm this afternoon police received a third-party report that a teenager had been seriously injured in an assault in Woodhouse Hill, Huddersfield.
"Emergency services attended and a 15-year-old boy was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
"A police cordon has been put in place as enquiries are underway to establish the circumstances."

Several local residents had contacted YorkshireLive to report that there had been a stabbing with parents rushing to the school.
A dad, 46, with a son at the school said: "It was a scary moment when I heard there had been trouble and a teacher answered my 14-years-old son’s phone
"I understand he may have witnessed some of what happened at about 3.15pm.
“I was asked by staff to come and collect him. I’ve heard that it all came out of nowhere.”
This information is awaiting confirmation but a reporter at the scene says there are "police and ambulances all over" the road, with a huge police cordon in place.

Inrix, a traffic management system, and nearby locals have said Woodhouse Hill is blocked off while emergency services are at the scene.
Inrix said: "Woodhouse Hill in both directions closed due to traffic problem between Sheepridge Road and Fartown Green Road."
