A SCHOOLBOY was stabbed to death after a Coventry house party "got out of hand", as two teens are arrested for his murder.
Ramani Morgan, 16, died last night after medics tried to save him on the street, before cops launched a murder probe.
The teenager was from Erdington, Birmingham, and in the Stoke area of Coventry for a party.
A shocked member of the public found the 16-year-old collapsed on Clay Lane around 10.30pm last night.
He was rushed to hospital but died from the stab wounds – it is thought he was knifed in the chest.
Chief Superintendent Mike O'Hara, responsible for policing in Coventry, said: "It seems that what has happened is there has been quite a large house party in Chandos Street in the Stoke area of Coventry.
"It seems to have been very well-attended and effectively got out of hand.
"We then had an altercation between some of the young people at the party and that has spilled out onto the street."
Detective Inspector Michelle Allen from West Midlands Police added: “This is a tragedy, another young man has lost his life.
“We’re doing all we can to progress our investigation which is in the very early stages.
“I’d like to hear from anyone who was at the party or anyone with any information about what has happened this evening to get in touch as soon as they can."
Two teenage boys, 17, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and are being quizzed by cops.
