A FORMER Britain's Got Talent finalist who landed a £1million record deal with Simon Cowell today denied raping two women.

Andrew Johnston, 27, who shot to fame as a choirboy on the second series of the show, allegedly attacked a woman at an address in west London in November 2019.

He is said to have raped the same woman in March 2020.

Johnston is also accused of raping another woman at a flat in Southwark, south London, between January and February 2020.

The singer, from Carlisle, Cumbria, who moved Amanda Holden to tears, came third on BGT and received a £1m record deal with Syco Music, a label owned by Cowell.

His album One Voice, released in September 2008, made it to number five in the UK Charts.
