A MAN has been arrested by cops hunting for a missing teen.
Grace Fisher, 16, vanished five days ago after last being seen in Gillingham High street at around 5.45pm on Friday.
CCTV images emerged showing the teenager walking in Gundulph Road and The Brook in Chatham an hour later with a man between 6.30pm and 6.53pm later the same day.
Kent Police has now confirmed a man in his 20s has been arrested in connection with her disappearance.
Detective Inspector Scott Relf said: "We are still very keen to speak to Grace to ensure she is safe and well and, if she is reading this, I urge her to get in touch with us."
A Kent Police statement added: "Officers searching for a missing girl from Gillingham have identified a man seen with her on the evening she was reported missing.

"Grace Fisher, 16, has been missing since Friday 13 October, when she was seen with a man in Chatham town centre between 6.30pm and 6.53pm.
"Following a public appeal, a man in his 20s has been arrested by officers investigating Grace's whereabouts."
Grace was last seen wearing a grey jumper with a black 'New York' emblem, black leggings, and white Nike trainers.
Anyone with information regarding Grace's whereabout is asked to call 999, quoting reference 13-1191.
