The owner and her daughter, a blonde woman who appeared to be in her mid-20s, (pictured) showed up at the kennels and demanded a refund and the return of some dog bedding – but the brawl resulted in her ‘hair being ripped out’
The next day, the woman and her daughter – a blonde woman who appeared to be in her mid-20s – showed up at the kennels and demanded a refund and the return of some dog bedding.
The footage, which has been widely shared on social media, shows the daughter demanding to see the bedding that was sent in with the pets.
She is heard yelling about the conditions the dogs were kept in, claiming they had lost so much weight their ribs were visible.
She then goes inside the kennels and starts filming inside the line of cages as staff rush in to stop her.
Another clips shows the daughter and her mother standing in the muddy yard of the kennels.
The women are screaming at each other and the kennel staff are seen making grabs for the phone.
When two female kennel staff grab the daughter, the mother then intervenes, trying to wrestle her daughter from the other women’s grasp.

The phone apparently falls to the ground during the struggle. The blonde girl is seen with mud over her blue leggings and back of her denim jacket.
Later, the daughter shared pictures of herself on social media with a bald patch on her scalp and holding strands of her hair.
The kennels, has since issued a statement, the contents of which are disputed by girl.
The statement claimed one of the dogs was left for 11 days despite never having been in a kennels before, that she was nervous and off her food.
They claim they suggested a shorter trial, but this offer was declined. They also alleged the girl assaulted members of staff and the kennel boss was injured.
The kennel says the matter has now been referred to lawyers and police. The family involved has denied all the claims.
Greater Manchester Police have been contacted by MailOnline for comment.
