Sunny, dry and mild weather is expected in the metro area into mid-week, with seasonal temperatures and light winds.
In Denver on Saturday the high temperature will top out near 66 degrees, according to the National Weather Service forecast. Winds out of the northeast will be light.
“A few light showers and weak storms will develop across the high country” on Saturday afternoon. Patchy frost is expected in the mountains tonight.
Overnight in Denver skies will be mostly clear and the low temperature will dip to about 43 degrees, the weather service said.
Sunny skies are in the Denver forecast on Sunday and Monday, with a high temperature of 71 and 75 degrees respectively. Skies will be mostly clear overnight with the low temperature in the mid-40s.
A cold front is expected to push into the region on Tuesday night, bringing a chance of showers, breezy conditions and cooler weather. Light snow will be possible in the foothills and mountains.
