Emily Ratajkowski’s ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard looked downcast Tuesday as he smoked a cigarette in New York City — just days after the supermodel was pictured making out with her new beau.

Photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com showed the 41-year-old film producer walking through the streets looking downtrodden as he lit up the smoke.

He wore a black Dickies jacket over a white t-shirt with an apparently stained pair of dark jeans, which he accessorized with a pair of sunglasses and leather work boots as he walked alone.

Bear-McClard’s walkabout came just days after his ex-wife was pictured giggling and locking lips with 35-year-old New York-based DJ Orazio Rispo.

The pair were pictured Friday sharing a romantic embrace as they strolled through the Big Apple, after enjoying an alfresco dinner date.

The mother-of-one – who was recently rumored to be dating Brad Pitt, 58 – looked chic in a black, off-the-shoulder top, matching slacks, and red boots, as she chatted with her companion, before the pair climbed onto his motorbike and heading off together.

She had called it off with Bear-McClard back in July after accusing him of being a ‘serial cheater’ during their four-year marriage.

The supermodel, meanwhile, looked happier than ever on Tuesday as she enjoyed a casual outing with a friend in the city.

The 31-year-old looked stylish as always as she sported a long black shearling coat over black trousers and white Women’s NikeCraft General Purpose Shoe Tom Sachs sneakers.

She wore her signature brunette tresses down as she showcased her natural looks by wearing minimal make-up.

And her new beau, Rispo, also seemed at ease as he, too, enjoyed an outing in the Big Apple.

The DJ was seen rocking a blue flannel, green camouflage pants, and black sneakers as he spoke with a friend. He accessorized with black sunglasses and a white dad hat as he sported a bit of grizzled scruff.

DailyMail.com exclusively revealed on Tuesday that Ratajkowski has moved on to Rispo, with multiple sources confirming his identity.

Rispo was born and raised in New York and has worked as a DJ for two decades.

He also owned and operated a record shop in Brooklyn, called Halcyon Record Shop, until it closed in 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rispo is also the son of realtor Giampiero Rispo, who serves as the founder and president of residential brokerage Domus Realty – which specializes in selling ‘luxury real estate in New York City.’

‘Since founding Domus in 1986, Giampiero has developed an industry-wide reputation for his integrity, creativity, and artful negotiation style,’ his bio on LinkedIn reads.

‘As principal of Domus, Giampiero fulfills the dual role of wealth manager and expert real estate adviser. Some of the homes he is currently selling, according to his website, include a $7.6 million apartment building in the upper east side with 12 units and a $6.5 million two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Soho.

Orazio’s dad is also the director of an undergarment company called BANDEBRA – which sells ‘natural, organic, comfortable, and sexy alternatives to bras.’

It was reported by one Instagram account that Orazio is cousins with GCDS designer Giuliano Calza, who boasts a slew of celebrity friends including Dua Lipa, Nicola Beckham-Peltz, and Elsa Hosk.

Guliano attended the September wedding of Orazio’s brother, which Orazio officiated. The artist is a registered democrat and studied political science at Columbia University.
