- Joe and Jess Thwaite won £184,262,899.10 in May, the biggest winners ever
The biggest ever Euromillions winner could scoop £186million next Tuesday.
The mega prize has rolled over for another week as players failed to guess the main and lucky star numbers.
Senior winners’ adviser Andy Carter said: ‘Tuesday will be huge, with a stunning estimated EuroMillions jackpot of £186 million up for grabs
‘One lucky winner could help a lot of causes close to their heart.
‘Players should get their tickets early to be in with a chance of winning in this amazing draw.’
If claimed by a single player, they could afford to buy 512 Rolls-Royce Phantoms, four Gulfstream G600 private jets or two six-deck superyachts.
While no one won the jackpot this week, four people took home £219,000 and eight claimed £11,000.
The main EuroMillions numbers were 06, 18, 24, 34, 46 and the lucky star numbers were 03 and 12.
There were some major EuroMillions wins this year already as £109 million was claimed in February and a record £184 million in May.
In May of this year, Joe and Jess Thwaite became Britain’s biggest-ever National Lottery winners when they won £184,262,899.10 jackpot in the EuroMillions draw.
Joe and Jess Thwaite won £184,262,899.10 making them Britain’s biggest-ever National Lottery winners
Mr Thwaite said: ‘I looked it up and saw we’d won. I saw how much and I didn’t know what to do. I couldn’t go back to sleep, I didn’t want to wake Jess up so I just laid there for what seemed like forever.’
When his wife woke up and heard the good news she struggled to believe it, so she brushed it off as a joke or a mistake and got up to start her day as normal.
When The National Lottery confirmed the couple had become the nation’s biggest-ever National Lottery winners, it was difficult for them to keep it a secret.
Jess, who manages a hairdressing salon with her sister, met her mother before work who started screaming when she heard the news.
The couple were overjoyed with their mega win Pictured: Joe and Jess Thwaite from Gloucester, the United Kingdom’s biggest ever National Lottery winners
Mrs Thwaite said: ‘She knew exactly how much right down to the ten pence. She had meant to ring Joe the night before to check he had a ticket and had forgotten. I told her it might not still be real but she was having none of it!’
She said: ‘If The National Lottery have told you, then it’s real!’
The pair have two young children and Joe has two older children from a previous marriage.
Mrs Thwaite said: ‘We’ve had a week to think about this and we now hope to share lots of experiences and go on adventures with our family and friends.’
The couple moved into a new house with 3 dogs, 5 chickens, 2 geckos and 3 ponies to give their children a taste of the countryside.
The life-changing sum is now the biggest ever jackpot and is all to play for
She continued: ‘I always wanted the children to be able to get up in their pyjamas, put wellies on and go out and feed the ponies and they can do that here. The fact the roof leaks and the house needs renovating was OK as it was the life we dreamed of for our family.’
As for what Mr Thwaite wants to do with the money: ‘I’d love to watch Gloucester or England rugby live with the kids and I’d love us all to get on a plane and go on a holiday somewhere sunny.’
A holiday is on the agenda for the family as Mrs Thwaite said: ‘Our 2 children have always talked about going to Hawaii. I’ve no idea why, but we can now make that dream come true. Just to see their faces when we can make these things come true will be worth every penny.’
