  • They walked to the property from their current home at Arte Surfside, a luxury condo building nestled between Miami Beach and Bal Harbour
  • Ivanka was dressed in a cream gold buttoned dress with a plunging neckline while Jared was seen wearing a blue polo shirt and beige khaki pants together with a grey baseball cap and sunglasses
  • The couple held hands as their children rode their scooters and skateboards alongside them on the roughly 20-minute walk

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner could be seen out and about enjoying a stroll with all three of their children in Miami on Saturday afternoon as they paid another visit to their lavish waterfront mansion that is being built on Indian Creek — an exclusive island that is known as the ‘Billionaire Bunker.’

The former White House senior advisers purchased a $24 million dollar fixer-upper in the village last year and have been temporarily renting a condo as they wait for their dream home to be completed.

It is believed that they plan on moving into the spacious 8,500-square-foot abode once the extensive renovations are completed.

Ivanka, 40, and Jared, 41, were joined by their daughter, Arabella, 11, Joseph, nine, and their younger son, Theodore, six, as the children brought along their scooters and skateboards on the short walk to the property from their current home at Arte Surfside — a luxury building nestled between Miami Beach and ritzy Bal Harbour.

The children rode in convoy together with their parents who lent a helping hand along the way. At one point, Joseph appeared to grow tired of using his skateboard and dad, Jared, carried it for some of the way.

The family were traveling from their ritzy three-floor apartment in one of the most expensive beachside condo buildings in Surfside, Florida.

The residence has a tennis court on the roof, and they have their own private pool and yard.

Despite being relatively famous, the family appear to feel fine about walking around in the local neighborhood

Ivanka was dressed in a cream gold buttoned dress with a plunging neckline with her blond hair pulled back. She wore dark shades to shield her eyes from the Florida sunshine.

Jared was seen wearing a blue polo shirt and beige khaki pants together with a grey baseball cap and sunglasses.

Both Arabella and Theodore were seen to be on their scooters, while Joseph opted for a skateboard for some of the way with his father later carrying the board as they made their way towards their new home.

Only Joseph, the couple’s oldest son, could be seen wearing a helmet during the trip.

The walk from Surfside to Indian Creek is only about a six-minute drive, but the family is known for their love of walking and scootering. They are often seen strolling on the beach or to their local temple for services.

The couple and their children were seen crossing the 41st Street bridge to Indian Creek together before checking out the progress on their new home.

Ivanka and Jared purchased the property in April 2021, a little over a year after they dropped $31.8 million on a two-acre plot of land in the village.

Indian Creek has roughly 40 lots and 30 residences, all of which were built around the perimeter of the island for waterfront views.

The high-security community is also home to the Indian Creek Country Club. Ivanka and Jared both enjoy golf, but joining might be considered an affront to her father, who has over a dozen golf courses to his name.

The couple started putting down roots on Indian Creek around the same time Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen dropped $17 million on a plot of land in the village — followed by another $10.12 million in construction costs to build what was supposed to be their forever home.

Ivanka and Jared, who grew up in New York and New Jersey, respectively, relocated to Florida after her father left office in January 2021.

They moved out of their home in Washington, D.C.’s affluent Kalorama neighborhood and into Arte Surfside, where they have been living for nearly two years.

The building is one of the most expensive complexes in Miami-Dade County, with an average rental price of nearly $47,000 per month.

Its penthouse sold for $33 million to an unnamed private equity executive from New York in January 2021 — the same month that they moved into the building.

The entire Trump family could be seen spreading out in convoy as they stayed close to the edge of the road due to the absence of sidewalks

The former White House power couple have reportedly been comparing themselves to the fictional Ned Stark when people ask them about their plans to return to politics should Donald Trump be re-elected president in 2024.

Stark was famously decapitated after he was lured into the political viper pit of Westeros’ capital at the request of his close friend King Robert Baratheon.

Jared and Ivanka have decided they enjoy their ‘gilded’ life in Miami too much to rejoin Trump on the campaign trail, according to Vanity Fair.

After Trump announced his plans to run in 2024, last month,  it was quickly followed by a statement from Ivanka announcing she would not be involving herself in the campaign.

‘I love my father very much. This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family,’ she wrote. ‘I do not plan to be involved in politics. While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena.’

The couple have been living a relatively quiet life in Florida and are often seen spending quality time with their children. However, their lives haven’t been exactly stress-free.

Jared also recently underwent a second surgery for thyroid cancer, which he confirmed during an interview with The National Desk last month, saying, ‘It was very successful.’

Earlier this week news broke how The Trump Organization has been found guilty of tax fraud at a criminal trial in Manhattan.

The former President’s company was accused of carrying out a 15-year-long criminal scheme to defraud tax authorities.

The scheme included paying personal expenses like free rent and car leases for top executives – including former Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg – without reporting the income, and paying them bonuses as if they were independent contractors, prosecutors said.

Trump railed against the prosecution, calling it another part of a wide-ranging ‘witch hunt’ against him, and claimed he faced a double standard for getting charged with ‘fringe-benefits.’

He does not face criminal liability in the matter – although, he faces a separate civil suit by New York AG Letitia James, who is suing the company and family members for $250 million.

He faces an array of legal challenges in recent weeks. A new special counsel at the Justice Department is overseeing both the January 6 election overturn effort and the matter of government documents that Trump took to Mar-a-Lago after he left office.
