The 160-acre estate went on the rental market last week and is available throughout winter

Costner purchased the land and property in 2000, and built everything to make it a picturesque paradise

The 160 acre estate is so large it even has its own baseball field

The ranch comprises of 12 bedrooms, eight bathrooms and can accommodate up to 27 people

Outdoors the venue boasts a baseball field, a sledding hill, and the ability to comfortably sleep up to 27 people spread across three buildings consisting of a main house, a lake house, and a river house.

For the winter months, the ranch features a private ice rink, tubing track, and dog sledding while horseback riding, hiking, fishing, and other activities are possible during the warmer months.

The estate also incorporates a lake on which kayaks and paddleboards can be sailed.

While the nightly price tag of $36,000 may sound a lot, when split between a full house load of guests, it  would be comparable to booking several rooms at a local five-star hotel in Aspen.

Costner, 68, purchased the land in 2000 before transforming into a picturesque paradise.

He currently plays the owner of a ranch, John Dutton, in the acclaimed anti-woke Western series, Yellowstone. It saw Costner scoop a Golden Globe Award earlier this month.

The win marked the first-ever Golden Globe nomination for the show – which has been described as ‘anti-woke’ – after multiple snubs. The popular series, which first hit the air in 2018, has aired 47 episodes over five seasons.

In that time, it has also received one Emmy nomination (in 2021, for Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Contemporary Program); and got its first two Critics Choice Awards nominations this year (for Best Drama Series; and for Kelly Reilly for Best Actress in a Drama Series).

Although he still frequently uses Dunbar Ranch, but the filming schedule for Yellowstone, means he’s spending a large chunk of his time on other people’s ranches in Montana, although he does typically rent out his Aspen home during the winter months.

The property was put up for rent last week, and is being listed by Amy Mottier with Coldwell Banker Mason Morse.
