A LORRY has overturned in a crash involving a VW Passat and Ford Fiesta as the M25 suffers major tailbacks.
The anti-clockwise section of the road was closed on Saturday morning between junctions 18 and 20 after the accident at 9.30am.
Three lanes were blocked by the crash but Hertfordshire Police said no injuries have been so far reported.
Motorists are being warned to expect heavy delays due to much of the road's traffic being funnelled through one lane.
Hertfordshire Police said no injuries have been reported from the crash at this stage.
"The lorry was blocking three lanes, ambulance and fire were called as the driver of the lorry was trapped inside but appears to be uninjured," a statement read.

"Two other vehicles were also involved a VW Passat and Ford Fiesta and possibly another van but the log is a bit unclear."
An East of England Ambulance Service spokesman said one person was taken hospital after the crash.
"Two ambulances and one ambulance officer vehicle was sent to reports of a road traffic collision junctions 19 and 18 of the M25," he said.
"Two patients were assessed at the scene and one was transported to Watford General Hospital."
