A man who called himself a 'racist motherf***er' in a viral video where he claimed he'd never be arrested for racism – was later arrested for racism.

James Rhodes has been charged with hate crimes after a viral video showed him hurling racial abuse at Kiauna Larkins and her three-year-old child whether telling her he would “blow your f***ing head off”.

The footage showed Rhodes leave his car and approach Larkins, who filmed the incident as he yelled: “Get the f*** out of here. You’re a dumb black f***ing n*****.”

He then continued to describe himself as a 'racist motherf***er' and told the mum he had an AK47 in his car.

In separate footage of the incident which took place outside an apartment complex where Larkins had been delivering food showed the thug brag that he would never be arrested for his behaviour.

Rhodes who is believed to live in the complex said: "What are they going to do, arrest me?”

And that is exactly what happened.
