A Morrisons customer was left disgusted after a half-full "bottle of urine" was substituted into his grocery order.
Adam Bell, who used to work at the Department of Business, took to X to share an image of a milk bottle with a suspicious-looking cloudy liquid inside.
He jokingly added that Morrisons went against his "unspoken request to not be sent a bottle of urine". He said on X: "Dear @Morrisons. You're normally quite good about telling us about substitutions in our shopping orders, but you didn't alert us to your substitution of 'a bottle of urine' instead of my unspoken request to not be sent a bottle of urine.

"Part of this delivery was for a hamper for a local charity, The Magpie Project. We would be very grateful if alongside refunding us you could make a donation to them."
He added in the X thread that his wife's 'Nurse Sense' confirmed it as urine.
A Morrisons spokesperson said: "We were extremely disappointed to hear about this incident and have been in touch with the customer to offer them a full refund on their shopping order.
"It is completely unacceptable and we are carrying out a full investigation into what has happened."
Back in September, Rebecca Stevenson claimed that after her Morrisons driver handed over her order she noticed the bags were soaking wet with urine.

The 30-year-old claimed that the delivery driver was caught short and had no choice but to relieve himself in the back of the van – and over her shopping.
Palliative care nurse Rebecca, from Nottingham, described the smell as "absolutely disgusting".
She said Morrisons has since offered her compensation, but it isn't enough and she won't be returning to the supermarket.
