Police launch urgent appeal for help to find missing 14-year-old schoolgirl who vanished two days ago

• 14-year-old Brooke Lowman has been missing since Sunday morning 

Police are urgently appealing for help in locating a 14-year-old girl who has been missing from her family home in Monmouthshire for two days. 

Gwent Police are seeking anybody with any information on the whereabouts of Brooke Lowman to come forward – after the schoolgirl was last seen at her home in Llangwm, Usk, at around 5am on Sunday. 

Authorities say they are concerned for the welfare of the teenager and have also asked Brooke to contact them to let them know she is OK.

Brooke, who has links to Abertillery, Newport and Torfaen, is described as around 5ft 4ins tall and of slim build.

She has brown hair that she often wears in a ponytail. 

She was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, grey jogging bottoms and white Converse shoes.

Gwent Police said: ‘We’re appealing for information to find Brooke. Brooke is also urged to get in touch with us to confirm that she is safe and well.’
