ACCLAIMED adult film legend Keiran Lee claims he almost killed porn star Angela White after filming an hour-long sex scene.

The Derby-born sex industry stud says he was informed his co-star was hospitalised following their rambunctious romp.

Keiran, who has his nine-and-a-half-inch penis insured for $1million, claimed their first rendezvous almost turned sinister.

The Brazzers performer and director discussed the "unreal" incident during an appearance on the Pillow Talk podcast.

He described Angela, arguably Australia's biggest porn star, as the "most sexual woman ever."

But her eroticism did little to save her from the near-death agony she was left in after her raunchy scene with Keiran.

He told host Ryan Pownall: "The first time I ever f***ed her, I put her into hospital and this was actually not on purpose.

"We were shooting content and we were going active, we were going at it for like over an hour.

"After that, I‘m like ‘see you sweetheart, lovely day’, I’ve gone home then found out two days later she’s gone back home to Australia.

"She said her stomach‘s hurting and had to go see a doctor – apparently her appendix burst in the scene, which could have killed her."

The host then quizzed Keiran, whose real name is Adam Diksa, further about the near-fatal fornication, asking if his monstrous manhood was responsible.

But the Brit porn icon quickly brushed off speculation, suggesting it instead may have been due to the position they were in.

He added: "I don't know but listen, I could have killed Angela White on our first scene."

Angela revealed she had her appendix removed in 2013 in a tweet, saying surgeons took them out via her belly button.

The post, from July 2016, read: "They also had to make an incision above my pubic bone and at my hip.

"The scarring was minimal and the recovery was pretty fast (I did a porn expo 4 days after surgery)."

The incident didn't scare Angela off though, as the pair have gone on to make a series of adult films together.

But the webcam model did manage to get revenge on the 39-year-old for supposedly almost seeing her off.

In a subsequent scene, Keiran was the one left in excruciating pain when Angela suffered from lockjaw during an intimate moment.

The Sydney-born star accidentally bit down on his testicle.

Keiran described the accidental injury as the "most painful experience" from his illustrious career in the industry.

He got into porn after his mates uploaded a naked photo of him, taken on a lads' holiday in Malia, onto a swingers website.

As of May 2020, Keiran had appeared in 1,553 Brazzers movies – more than any other performer.
