VLADIMIR Putin's health is once again being questioned after he was spotted mysteriously twitching his foot during a meeting with Kim Jong-un.

The tyrant, 70, appeared shaky and restless during the summit at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in the Russian Far East.

The Russian President was seen sitting next to the North Korean leader with his fingers clasped tightly in his lap.

But video footage from the event also shows Putin repeatedly bouncing his left foot, while rolling his heel around on the floor as he speaks with Kim.

During the discussions, Putin's knee was also seen falling inwards, as he seemed to struggle to control the movements of his left leg.

It comes amid rumours that the leader is battling several health issues – including pancreatic and thyroid cancer and Parkinson's.

In emails seen by The Sun Online in November 2022, a Russian intelligence source close to the Kremlin appeared to confirm that Putin had been diagnosed with early stage Parkinson's and pancreatic cancer.

"I can confirm he has been diagnosed with early stage Parkinson's disease, but it's already progressing," the Russian security services insider claimed in the email.

"This fact will be denied in every possible way and hidden.

"Putin is regularly stuffed with all kinds of heavy steroids and innovative painkilling injections to stop the spread of pancreatic cancer he was recently diagnosed with.

"It not only causes a lot of pain, Putin has a state of puffiness of the face and other side effects – including memory lapses.

"In his close circle, there are rumours that in addition to pancreatic cancer, which is gradually spreading, Putin also has prostate cancer."

Following these suspected confirmations, political analyst Valery Solovey also claimed that Putin is suffering with Parkinson's and a schizoaffective disorder.

Solovey said his health "is deteriorating… dramatically" – and even went on to suggest that the tyrant's medical conditions have impacted his judgment on the shambolic war against Ukraine.

Previous footage has also added fuel to the rumours that the tyrant leader is not in good health, including a clip of him greeting Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko at the Kremlin in April 2022.

The crazed warlord can be seen trembling as he reaches out to shake Lukashenko's hand.

His knees, again, seem to buckle in the footage which racked up over a million views.

In several other appearances during the invasion of Ukraine, Putin has been spotted out of breath, stammering over his words and looking defeated.

Suspicions surrounding his rumoured health struggles peaked again in December when it emerged that he had apparently soiled himself during a fall at his official residence.

The Russian leader was reportedly helped to a sofa by bodyguards as his personal doctors rushed to assist him.

He was also pictured with suspected track marks from IV treatment on the back of his hand – amid growing cancer rumours.

In other footage released last year, the dishevelled President was seen gripping a table and tapping his foot -that Kremlin watchers claimed showed a drastic decline in his physical state.

Watchers at the time said the tyrant seemed "feeble and barely able to hold himself upright" in his chair as he briefed his defence chief Sergei Shoigu on the siege of Mariupol.

Putin, 69 at the time, can be seen in the video with a bloated face while deeply slouching into his chair.

Experts told The Sun Online at the time said how this appearance by Vlad was "not the portrait of a healthy Putin".

In April, Telegram channel General SVR – which claims to be fed information by a Kremlin insider – said that the dictator was only becoming more and more sick.

"Over the weekend, Putin's health worsened," they wrote.

"He practically ate nothing and periodically complained of pain in the abdomen, coming bouts of nausea.

"After taking the medicine, for a while, the symptoms disappeared.

"Putin, although he spends time at the residence on weekends, is almost constantly in bunker-type premises, fearing possible air strikes."

The despot appeared to look puffy-faced as he held a meeting with Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov.

He could be seen fidgeting before clinging to the table as they spoke.
