Real Madrid ace Gareth Bale fears a backlash after his fiancee's fraudster dad's published his memoirs

Martin Rhys-Jones, 54 — who spent five years in jail over a shares scam — boasts how he ripped off doctors and lawyers.

He calls himself John Robson in his book Phone Pirate, written under pen name Vadim Viktorov.

But Rhys-Jones, of Cardiff, used a snap of himself on the front cover.

A family source reveal­ed Real Madrid ace Gareth, 28, and Emma Rhys-Jones, 26, are “embarrassed and very worried that his victims will realise the family connection”.

They said: “Emma begged him not to publish.” The pair could now bar him from their wedding.
