Rust will resume production this spring in Montana, filming at the Yellowstone Film Ranch, despite the looming criminal case against Alec Baldwin. 

Baldwin will remain in the lead role, according to announcement from the film’s production today.

Baldwin is due in court virtually this week. 

He and Hannah Gutierrez-Reed have been charged with involuntary manslaughter.
