UK outlook for Friday November 30 to Sunday December 2

IT'LL be another windy day on Friday with showers but the winds should die down throughout the weekend.

Rain is more likely in the south while the north is colder and drier.

UK outlook for Monday December 3 to Thursday 27 December

THE start of the month looks mostly unsettled in the south with brighter and colder weather in the north.

Gales are possible and Scottish mountains could see some snow.

By mid-December, longer spells of dry, albeit cold weather are likely to develop. There is a very low chance of a northernly pattern developing instead which would see snow showers could affect parts of the UK.

The second half of December looks to be more unsettled with spells of rain and strong winds moving in.
