A RAPPER has been arrested after he was accused of raping one of his fans in a hotel room in Majorca.
The man reportedly attacked his alleged victim after meeting her and posing up for photos a few hours earlier at a Playa de Palma nightclub where he performed.
The artist who is said to be a well-known rapper from the Netherlands was arrested by the National Police early on Sunday morning.
His alleged victim, also from the Netherlands, told cops she had consensual relationships with the rapper at the hotel but claimed he refused to stop when she asked him to, Ultima Hora reports.
The suspect was released after testifying before the magistrate.
The outlet reports that the suspect and the alleged victim met on Saturday after the woman went to the nightclub with her friend to see the rapper performing.

At the end of the show, the two women reportedly approached the artist and snapped some photos.
The suspect is said to have asked the woman to follow him to his hotel, also located in Playa de Palma, to which she agreed.
According to her claim, the rapper refused to stop when she asked him to while they were having consensual sex.
She said that he later asked her whether she had recorded him but she denied using his phone.

She claimed that her response infuriated the artist who threw her bag out of the window.
A few hours later the woman reported the incident to the police.
Officers from the National Police and the local police arrived at the hotel at 7 in the morning and arrested the suspect.

The woman was taken to the Son Espases hospital for a medical examination.
The Family and Women's Care Unit of the National Police has taken charge of the investigation.
