A MUM who had 10 kids in 10 years has hit back at cruel trolls who "spew hate" towards her bumper brood.
Cassandra and Jacob Morrise have nine boys and one girl, all between the ages of 13 and three.
In a clip shared to TikTok (@10kidsin10years), they addressed their social media followers and said: "Hi, friends. It's the parents of 10 kids in 10 years – and Peter.
"We've had a lot of viral videos and a lot of great responses to our videos, our content, and our family.
"But we've also noticed a lot of negative comments."
They go on to say that in a recent video which racked up an impressive 40k comments, at least half of them were negative.

"Now, we're not saying that we need the positive comments and only the positive comments.
"What we're saying is, what if we took that week of negativity and instead flipped it, and it was a week of positivity putting out into the world, rather than telling somebody how horrible human they are."
"What if you texted your friend and checked up on him?
"What if you called your mum and told her how much you loved her?
"What if you did something that made you happy, that made you laugh?
"That is going to put positivity into the world?
"So we encourage you to, instead of writing negative comments, call someone, do something kind.
"It's going to make the world a lot better place….put more positivity into the world instead of negativity."
They urged: "Just try it…it'll be great!"
The post was captioned: "We have had a lot of great comments on our videos, but also a lot of negative ones.
"That is a lot of time spent spewing hate into the world.
"What if that time was spent kindly talking and helping other people, wouldn’t it help make the world a better place?"
The post has since gone viral, racking up a whopping 454k views and several comments from social media users, with many quick to commend the happy couple for sharing such a positive message.
"What is wrong with people. All the best to you guys!!" wrote one.
A second urged: "Ignore the comments these people are jealous of your beautiful family."
