CONNOR Chapman appeared in court charged with the murder of Elle Edwards.
Chapman, 22, is accused of murdering Elle, 26, by shooting her with a Skorpion sub-machine gun at a pub in Wallasey Village, Wirral.
Who is Connor Chapman?
Connor Chapman, 22, is from Woodchurch, Merseyside.
In a hearing that lasted only three minutes, he appeared at Wirral Magistrates' Court for the murder of beautician Elle Edwards.
As well as the murder, Chapman has also been charged with a long list of offences.

- Two counts of attempted murder, of Jake Duffy and Kieran Salkeld
- Possession of a converted Skorpion sub-machine gun and ammunition, both with intent to endanger life
- Three counts of unlawful and malicious wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm, of Harry Loughran, Nicholas Speed and Liam Carr
- Handling stolen goods – which was a Mercedes A Class car – between December 22 and 26 last year
Standing in the dock wearing a grey tracksuit, he spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth and that he was of no fixed address.
He has been remanded in custody before he's due to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on January 16.

The young woman sadly passed away on Christmas Eve last year.
While bringing in the festivities with friends at a local pub shots were fired into the outdoor heated area.
Elle's dad Tim said there was "no one as beautiful" as her.
At a press conference a few days after the tragic incident, he said: "There was no one as beautiful as our Elle May, her looks, her laugh and the way she would light up a room as soon as she walked in.
"She had this way about her that as soon as you met her you just instantly fell in love with her.
"Her laugh was infectious, anyone who was around her had a good time, she loved her life and had so many amazing plans for the future."
What happened to Elle Edwards?
Elle was shot dead while out with friends on Christmas Eve.
The "special" beautician was blasted in the head at the Lighthouse Inn, in Wallasey Village, Wirral.
As the area was peppered with bullets, Elle was tragically killed.
She was rushed to hospital along with four men but sadly couldn't be saved.
