For most of her life, she has been nicknamed "Ivanka" which is a Slavic diminutive of her real name, Ivana.
According to Wikipedia, she attended the Chaplin School in Manhattan until she was 15 and was switched to Choate Rosemary Hall in Connecticut, which was attended by former President John F. Kennedy.
She also modelled as a teen, according to her late mum and in May 1997, she featured on the cover of Seventeen.
She went to Georgetown University and Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with a degree in economics in 2004.
