Kasabian testified that she witnessed the brutal killings but never physically hurt anyone.

She also confessed that she was the driver on the second night of the Manson murders, in which supermarket owner Leno LaBianca and his wife, Rosemary, were also stabbed to death inside their home.

Her testimony helped jail the infamous cult leader Manson and his followers of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

Manson, Leslie Van Houten, Susan Atkins, Patricia Krenwinkel and Tex Watson were all found guilty and received life sentences.

In July 2023, Van Houten – who was 19 at the time of the murders – was released after serving more than half a century in prison for the gruesome double murder of the LaBiancas.
