Wilko has launched a massive new sale today, offering up to 50% off hundreds of items including Christmas essentials, stationary and toys.
These are brand new discounts on top of the administration sale that is already happening in stores up and down the UK.
It comes after the high street chain plunged into administration, putting 12,000 jobs and 400 stores at risk.
Though, several rescue bids have now been made for the company, suggesting it could yet be saved from complete collapse.

The sale, which starts today (August 18), includes a wide range of popular products, from kitchen items to seasonal products and DIY.
However, the products you can get the biggest savings on, are Christmas decorations.
From today, they have a whopping 50% off, which is unusual for this time of year.
Despite it still being summer, keen money-savers can get prepared early and get everything they need for half price.

On sale with 30% off are garden products, other seasonal products including Halloween items, stationary and toys.
This comes at a great time for those wanting to get early Christmas presents in for kids, as well as those with little ones going back to school and in need of pens and pencil cases.
Other departments including decorating, DIY, home adornment, housewares and kitchen, are offering 20% off.
Additional stock has been ordered and should be appearing in stores by next week.

Some people were disappointed to find the administration sale hadn’t arrived in their store yet, so this new sale announcement will be good news for discount shoppers.
It’s important to note that the sale will be only be taking place in store as Wilko are no longer processing click and collect orders, so you need to go in person to get your hands on the deals.

The future of the much-loved discount chain is still hanging in the balance as new reports have suggested that administrator PwC, which is handling the Wilko sell-off, has received a number of offers for parts of the business.
Market rivals are rumoured to be among those who have expressed an interest in the company -although, the identities of bidders have not been disclosed.
