The Challenge’s Tony Raines has been in a nasty custody war with baby mama Madison Walls and her parents over their daughter Harper. Now, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the case has been sealed to the public amid claims Walls relapsed on drugs.
“On November 13, there was an order for the case to be sealed,” the Clerk of Court for Travis County in Texas told Radar. “The order was approved by the judge.”
Sealing the case comes after Walls was accused of relapsing on drugs. The Real World: Skeletons star, who previously dated Teen Mom 2 star Javi Marroquin, has been open about her drug addiction to heroin in the past.
When she posted a scary skinny photo, appeared to have track marks on her arms and became less active on social media, fans accused her of relapsing on drugs.

Radar then broke that Walls’ parents Cally and Michael Shapshak asked the court to grant them sole custody of Harper, 2.
In Walls’ response to the petition filed on July 13, 2018, she wrote, “I want my parents to have custody of my daughter.”
But Raines wasn’t giving up that easy, as he claimed in his response that having her parents as managing conservators would not be in the best interest of Harper.
“Respondent also specifically denies the allegation that it is in the best interest of the child that Petitioners, the child’s grandparents, be appointed sole managing conservators of the child,” the papers read.

In October, the parties agreed to a temporary custody order.
According to the order obtained by Radar, Raines will have unsupervised possession and access to Harper from Friday, December 21, 2018 to Thursday, December 27, 2018, Friday, January 18th, 2019 to January 21st, 2019, and Friday, February 15, 2019 to Monday, February 18th, 2019.
“Mr. Raines shall be entitled to possession of Harper beginning at 11:40am on the third Friday of each month until the following Monday at 11:40am,” the court papers read.
The agreement also brought up Walls’ substance abuse issues.

“Ms. Walls shall have possession and access as agreed by Ms. Walls, Mr. Shapshak and Mrs. Shapshak,” the papers read. “However, all such periods of possession shall be supervised by Mr. or Mrs. Shapshak. Ms. Walls is currently residing on the property of Mr. and Mrs. Shapshak due to the need for support at this time.”
The papers continued that in the event Walls has a “relapse,” the parties “agree to recognize that Ms. Walls shall therefore no longer be permitted to reside on the property of Mr. and Mrs. Shapshak and shall immediately enter inpatient.”
The parties are prohibited from “consuming any controlled substance for which they do not have a valid prescription.”
The parties are also prohibited from consuming any alcohol to the point of intoxication any time the respective party has possession of Harper.

Raines, who also shares daughter Isla with fiancée Alyssa Giacone, shall continue to pay child support in the amount of $111.25. Walls is expected to pay her parents $50 a month.
The parties are to attend mediation on February 15, 2019.
Walls’ mother denied her daughter relapsed, as she exclusively told Radar, “She’s doing great. Nothing is wrong. She’s fine.”
She added of the custody filing, “The conservatorship is because it’s our family raising Harper. Tony isn’t involved. We just want to protect her. He does post about her a lot on social media, especially for someone not on the birth certificate.”

Although Walls never admitted to relapsing on drugs or going to rehab, she hinted that she did during an Instagram live.
“I went MIA for a little while because I needed to get my headspace right again,” she said. “I really wanted to focus on redirecting my life in a way… I wanted to move forward.”
She explained how she was “super depressed” and “wasn’t the healthiest.”

Although she didn’t admit drug use, she confessed that she went to therapy and alcohol anonymous meetings.
“I was doing soul searching,” she said. “I practiced meditation. I needed a lot of therapy. I got issues! I needed a break from the drama, world outside of just myself. I was in an unhealthy situation. I wanted to get mentally back into a good state of mind.”
She then said of giving up custody of her daughter, “I want to do what’s right for Harper. She’s my entire world. I have the great support of my family who keeps me accountable for everything I do.”
