Addison Rae Will Finally Release New Music, To Drop ‘A Few’ of Her Leaked Songs

It’s been over two years since Addison Rae surprise released her debut single “Obsessed.”

The 22-year-old TikTok star-turned-actress/singer dropped the song and music video, did a couple of performances of that single, teased more music and then disappeared from the music scene.

Since then, some of her unreleased music was leaked on the internet and fans have been begging her to release the tracks.

Now, the time has FINALLY come and she will be dropping multiple songs!

Get the scoop inside…

A countdown clock on Addison‘s official website appeared over the weekend, with some of the song titles and lyrics from the unreleased songs, including the lyric “Further into the Unknown” from the song “2 Die 4,” lyrics “I Didn’t See It Coming” and “I Could Just Cry” from the song “I Got It Bad,” and the lyric “You’re So Used to Getting Everything You Want” from the song “It Could’ve Been U.”

Addison shared on Monday (August 14), “dug up a few of the leaks from the lost album 💗AR 8.18,” confirming that they will be out on Friday (August 18).

In the comments, fans were ecstatic with the news, with some saying she’s here to save pop music.

If you recall, at the start of this year, Addison‘s Spotify account was updated and said “Addison Rae 2023,” teasing that we could be getting new music from her, and it’s taken nearly eight months for that to come to fruition!

Her boyfriend Omer Fedi is even a Grammy-nominated songwriter and producer.

While there is currently an actor’s and writer’s strike, Addison has multiple film projects in the works, with at least one already filmed.

She is set to reunite with He’s All That producers for Fashionista, she filmed a horror movie, Thanksgiving, based on a fake trailer made for 2007 horror movie Grindhouse, and she has joined the cast of the star-studded live-action/animated movie Animal Friends, alongside Ryan Reynolds, Aubrey Plaza and Jason Momoa.
