Former Love Island winner Amber Gill has addressed her sexuality, saying she doesn't want fans to "put her in a box."
It comes after she declared that she "couldn't be with a man again' and that "switching teams" was the best decision she ever made.
The 24 year old tweets her hilarious takes on the hit ITV2 show every night, and wasted no time in posting as Monday night's drama unfolded, with the original girls in Casa Amor and the original guys getting to know the newbies.
She also said that watching men makes her feel ill, adding "I couldn't put myself through it again."
Her comments sent fans in to overdrive, with one person Tweeting: "Wait like switching teams or switching teams" and added some rainbow emojis – the symbol for Pride.
And now Amber has addressed her sexuality, saying that she didn't want to say anything until she was "ready."
Speaking on Johnny Seifert's podcast Secure The Insecure, Amber said: "I'll say what I want to say when I'm ready. There's no need to speculate, we can all see what I'm saying.
"When I'm ready to say what I want to say, then I will. I don't feel like I want to say anything whilst I'm single."
She continued: "All this speculation makes it harder for people to want to say how they really feel and talk about their sexuality. Me putting out that tweet, I got anxiety last night… I was only trying to make a light-hearted joke about Love Island."
Amber also took to her Instagram account to post a video of herself looking lighthearted as she wrote: "Also let's not pressure someone to talk about something they're not ready to.
"Just take the funny tweet and move on."
The former Islander later tweeted on Tuesday: "That tweet should have stayed in my damn drafts".
One of Amber's followers wrote to her on Monday, and said she predicted she would end up with a woman. She wrote: "Me and my gf were saying just yesterday that we predict you'll end up settling down with a woman.
"Because you seem to be very disenchanted by men these days, and we feel like a woman (the right woman) is more likely to appreciate you for all your complexities and inner fire.
"And treat you with the level of care/sensitivity that you deserve."
To which Amber replied: "Now I'm crying."
Amber has previously hinted at her sexuality, after one fan asked her last year: "Bestie, I'm afraid to ask you this," alongside a number of fruit emojis, hinting towards her being a part of the LGBTQ+ community.
Amber won the 2019 series of Love Island alongside her then-partner Greg O'Shea, however, the couple split just five weeks after being crowned the winners.
Love Island continues every night at 9pm on ITV2.
