Billie Shepherd was left in hysterics as husband Greg Shepherd "sparkled" in a fake pregnancy bump.

The stars of Billie & Greg: The Family Diaries took part in The Sparkle Walk fundraiser for Haven House Children's Hospice in east London on Friday 2 September.

The pregnant former The Only Way Is Essex star, 32, took to social media to share a clip of broker Greg, 37, and stepdad Dave Chatwood apparently on their way to the charity event.

The men were dressed up as Billie and her mum Suzie Wells, respectively, complete with wigs, sunglasses – and in Greg's case, a fake baby bump and handbag.

Billie posted to the clip to her Instagram stories, with a caption filled with crying laughing emojis.

She told her 2.6 million followers: "Don't ask. @chatty.dave @gregory_shep …. AKA me and @suziewells…. apparently. Dressed for the occasion @havenhousech #sparklewalk".

The soon-to-be mum-of-three later uploaded another short video of her, Greg, Dave and other participants walking along wearing themed pink shirt.

She captioned it: "We are walking 10k to raise money for this amazing charity [heart emoji} if you can donate please tap below [heart emoji]," with a donation link.

Greg posted a photo of him and Dave in costume on his own Instagram stories.

He also shared a hilarious clip impersonating his Billie, saying: "So me and my mum are doing Sparkle Walk today for Haven House Children Hospice," as Dave added: "Hi I'm Suzie."

Greg continued: "Even though I am pregnant I'm still doing it for the charity. If you can donate anything to the charity, they desperately need our help.

"£10, £15, whatever you can afford to donate, please donate for Haven House."

The real Billie showed off her growing baby bump as she posed alongside Suzie in a pool during their recent getaway to Greece.

Billie delighted fans back in June when she announced she was expecting her third child with a beautiful Instagram post during her family holiday in Abu Dhabi.

She recently told OK! about the moment, two months before her social media announcement, she found out she was having another child, saying: "I just had a feeling I was pregnant."

The charity walk came after Billie's estranged father Lee Faiers, 60, was reportedly recently "hospitalised after suffering a near-fatal heart attack".

A source claimed that Billie and her sister Sam Faiers were not aware of his condition as they have cut ties with him.
