Britney Spears worked up a sweat as she took to Instagram with a new clip of her cardio and yoga routine.
In the now-deleted post, the singer opted for a studio space where she stretched out and showed off her toned midriff.
She pulled her signature blonde locks into a ponytail and sported a stylish white crop top which was tied into a knot at the front.
As well as her abs, Britney also flaunted her long legs in blue shorts and completed her look with white trainers and matching ankle socks.
After showing fans a few standing-up stretches, the 41-year-old grabbed a mat and warmed up her muscles with some yoga poses.

This video came just days after Britney’s younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears was confirmed as a contestant in the upcoming season of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
After being eliminated from the US competition Dancing With the Stars, the actress believes the brutal reality series, will give viewers a chance to see “the real me.”

Britney claimed her younger sister had refused her plea for help after she was admitted to a residential treatment facility, purportedly against her will.

Despite this, the 32-year-old is ready to prove her critics wrong as she stated: “There is literally every misconception you can have on a person about me so I don’t take any of it seriously.
“But I do think going on I’m A Celebrity will be a nice way for people to see the real me.
“This is an opportunity to be myself and do something really cool and have some awesome experiences in the meantime.”
The Zoey 101 star added: “I can take a lot of sh*t and it doesn’t get me down, so I really think it’s a good quality to have in a place where a lot of stuff is thrown at you!”
