Cara Delevingne stuns at Paris Fashion Week after intervention over worrying behaviour

Model and actress Cara Delevingne may have been noticeably absent from the launch of her capsule collection with fashion house Karl Lagerfeld in New York, but now she seems to have made her return to the fashion world

Cara, 30, wowed fans as she attended the Paris Fashion Week party for her Cara Loves Karl collection.

Her appearance in Paris follows concern from fans over her recent erratic behaviour, with her friends and family said to have been considering an intervention.

Cara made a stunning entrance to Tuesday’s event, as she unveiled her newly auburn hair, and wore a bold red lipstick.

Showing off her love for the late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld, the 30 year old wore a sultry black tuxedo jacket with a belt around her neck, displaying the designer's name. A matching belt was also tied around her waist.

The Suicide Squad star paired the look with some stunning black thigh-high boots, and as she smiled for photos, she looked a far cry from the Cara who had sparked public concern earlier this month.

The model attended the party for her fashion collection Cara Loves Karl, in collaboration with the fashion house Karl Lagerfeld.

Cara had been close to the late fashion designer prior to his death at age 85 in 2019. She had previously credited the designer with opening her eyes to what fashion is really about.

On the website for the new collection she’s quoted as saying: “Karl opened my world up when it came to what fashion is really about. it’s about true, unapologetic self-expression.”

Cara has previously defended the designer after his death against critics, including outspoken actress Jameela Jamil.

Sharing an article that took a rather negative view to the designer’s legacy, Jameela wrote: “I’m glad somebody said it. Even if it is a little soon. A ruthless, fat-phobic misogynist shouldn’t be posted all over the internet as a saint gone-too-soon. Talented for sure, but not the best person.”

To which Cara replied: “Seriously have some respect.” She then quoted Jameela’s boyfriend, singer James Blake, by writing his lyrics: “Just go home and talk s**t about everyone.”

Cara then apologised, telling Jameela: “I understand what you were trying to do and I apologise if I offended you or anyone else. I just don’t feel that living in the past and bringing up things that have already happened helps anything. Let’s move forward and lead with love. That’s it…”
