Carey Mulligan has welcomed her third child with husband Marcus Mumford, it has been reported.
The 37 year old actress is already mum to Evelyn, seven, and Wilfred, five, who she shares with her Mumford & Sons musician husband, Marcus, 36.
Carey is believed to have given birth after being spotted out and about in Portofino, Italy, wearing an orange patterned midi dress with a ruffled hem – with no hint of a baby bump to be seen.
She donned a pair of sneakers with the dress, and appeared to go makeup-free whilst hiding her eyes with dark sunglasses.
Carey was joined by her husband Marcus, who dressed in a dark shirt over a white t-shirt, as well as iconic film director Steven Spielberg and his wife Kate Capshaw.
The foursome, who have long been friends, were seen visiting a restaurant in Portofino – the fishing village on the Italian Riviera which provided the backdrop for the wedding of Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker in 2022.
Whilst Carey and Marcus haven't officially announced the birth of their third child, their recent European outing suggests that their baby has indeed arrived.
OK! has contacted Carey's reps for comment.
News emerged in January that Carey was pregnant again, with her reps confirming the news to US publication, People.
Carey gave birth to their first daughter Evelyn Grace in 2015, four years after they got married, and later their son Wilfred in 2017.
Carey and Marcus first met when they were just 12 years old as they attended the same Christian youth camp and later stayed in touch as pen pals.
They officially started dating in 2011 when they decided to meet up properly again and soon got engaged after just five months together.
Their wedding took place on a farm in Somerset, England in 2012, where 200 people joined them to celebrate their love. Some of these people included A-list celebs, including Sienna Miller, Jake Gyllenhaal and Colin Firth.
Due to their nature of their work, Carey and Marcus are sometime forced to spend time apart, which is when they return to their roots as pen pals and correspond by writing love letters to each other.
She told The Telegraph: "Love letters are becoming a lost art form, which is very sad. To have a love letter from someone, to hold it in your hand and know you can keep it for your whole life, that's an amazing thing."
A few years later, Marcus told The Guardian that he and his wife have a two-week rule – they never go longer than two weeks without seeing each other "one way or another."
