Legendary singer Cher has slammed the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame for excluding her and told them to “you-know-what themselves.”
The singer recently appeared on an episode of “The Kelly Clarkson Show” where she expressed her frustration with not being included in the prestigious museum in Cleveland, Ohio.
Cher recently became only the second act after the Rolling Stones and the first female artist to have No. 1 songs in seven decades.
“It took four of them to be one of me,” Cher said. “And I’m not in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!”
“I’m not kidding you,” Cher added. “I was about to say sh***ing you! You know what, I wouldn’t be in it now if they gave me a million dollars … I’m never going to change my mind. They can just go you-know-what themselves.”
Cher made history this month as the first female artist to have a No. 1 song for the past seven decades straight, with her holiday single, “DJ Play a Christmas Song,” topping Billboard‘s Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales chart.
