Christina Applegate, 51, carried a black cane branded with ‘FU [f**k you] MS’, to the 29th Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards.
The Hollywood star brought her lookalike daughter Sadie Gracie LeNoble, 12, to the awards ceremony.
Christina cut a glamorous figure in a black velvet tuxedo-style gown, paired with sultry red lipstick.
Sadie, who kept hold of her mother’s hand, sported a black blazer, paired with a matching shirt and trousers.
This comes as Christina sadly revealed that the ceremony may be her “last awards show as an actor” amid her battle with multiple sclerosis (MS).

The actress was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) while shooting the final season of Netflix’s Dead To Me in August 2021.

Christina Applegate’s red carpet appearance comes as the actress told the Los Angeles Times earlier this month that the SAG Awards would be her “last awards show as an actor probably, so it’s kind of a big deal.” She continued: “Right now, I couldn’t imagine getting up at 5 a.m. and spending 12 to 14 hours on a set; I don’t have that in me at this moment.”

Christina Applegate’s role as cynical widow Jen Harding has earned her a SAG nomination for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series. The comedy series, Dead to Me, follows Jen (Christina) who, after losing her husband to a hit-and-run, meets fellow widower Judy Hale (Linda Cardellini) at a grief counselling session. Though she is taking a step back from acting, Christina told the Los Angeles Times that she’s pursuing voiceover work. She quipped: “Doing a s**t ton of voice-overs to make some cash to make sure that my daughter’s fed and we’re homed.”
