A return to The Real Housewives of Cheshire (RHOCH) for Christine McGuinness has been teased after her split from estranged husband Paddy.

Blonde beauty Christine, 34, and Top Gear presenter Paddy, 49, confirmed they had split after 11 years of marriage last month, saying they would be co-parenting their three children Penelope, Felicity and Leo.

The TV personality and former beauty queen has sparked speculation she could be appearing in her own show in recent days.

Now Lystra Adams has said the former cast member of the ITVBe reality show, who left in 2020, would be "welcomed back" if she wanted to return.

After Real Housewives returned for a 15th season last week, mum-of-one Lystra, 45, spoke about her relationship with the "lovely" Christine away from the cameras – and the possibility of her returning to the show.

She told the Daily Star: "If that's what she wants to do, if she wants to come back then I think she will be very much welcomed back, I actually think she's a stunner.

"It would be great to see the original cast mash with the new and see how that all plays out, wouldn't it?"

Lystra joined Real Housewives after Christine left the show but they met at a charity boxing match.

Meanwhile, in a recent Q&A session on Instagram with her 682,000 followers, Christine gave a teasing response to a question about whether she would ever do her own reality show like the likes of Ferne McCann and Billie Faiers, and hinted that the project could already be under way.

She had earlier told another fan that she would next be on TV "later this year".

The comments came after Christine showed off her toned physique during some "gym therapy" last week.

She was seen beaming in clips of her workout shared on social media and after the 45-minute session told fans: "I feel so much better".

The mum-of-three had recently admitted to feeling "a little lost" as she adjusted to life after the split.

The ex-couple commented publicly after rumours had surrounded them for weeks.

In a joint statement, they said: "A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children.

"This was not an easy decision to make but we’re moving forward as the best parents we can be for our beautiful children."

Christine recently featured on the ITV reality show The Games in May.
